We will also obtain digital X-rays and oral scans using our cutting-edge technology to ensure the treatment plan we build addresses every concern. The Dental Implant Procedure
All-on-4® full-mouth dental implants are a tooth replacement surgery that permanently fixes missing or failing teeth. Dental implants are strategically placed in the jawbone at a 45-degree angle to support the restoration arch and serve as a permanent tooth root that anchors your new teeth in place.
On the same day of your surgery, Dr. Stapleton will place a temporary set of new teeth. These temporary teeth will allow you to bite, chew, smile, and conversate with ease while your dental implants fuse to your jawbone. Once healing has taken place, it will be time to place the final zirconia implant restorations. In some instances, procedures such as bone grafting or tooth extractions may be necessary prior to the surgical placement of the implants.

Osseointegration involves the process of the jawbone permanently fusing with the implant post. This process will vary from patient to patient, but typically, post-implant osseointegration is completed within three to six months. Once full fusion of the jaw has taken place, Dr. Stapleton will be able to install the final restoration teeth, which are milled from solid block zirconia to offer decades’ worth of functional daily use and bright, truly beautiful smiles.
